Narrative coaching for transition
When your work, identity, or direction begins to shift, it can feel disorienting.
This is a space to make sense of the change—and move forward with clarity and self-trust.
WHEN SOMETHING FEELS OFF BENEATH THE SURFACE
You may be navigating a shift you didn’t plan for.
A role that no longer fits.
A loss of direction.
A question about what comes next.
You’re capable. You’ve built something meaningful.
And still, something feels unsettled.
This is more common than it appears—and it’s navigable.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO SEE WHAT’S CHANGING
Disruption doesn’t erase what you’ve built.
It invites you to see it differently.
Through reflection and intentional reframing, moments of uncertainty can become a point of return to what matters and to what’s possible.
Not starting over.
But continuing with deeper clarity.
HOW THIS WORKS SUPPORTS YOU
This work begins with your story. Rather than offering advice or quick answers, we explore the narratives shaping your decisions, confidence, and sense of direction.
Together, we focus on:
Understanding what’s shifting
Rebuilding trust in your own perspective
Reimagining what alignment can look like

"The reason I'm passionate about helping people navigate change is simple:
I've lived it.
Career and life transitions.
Layoffs.
Reinvention.
Starting over."
"I've navigated those challenging times of change, and looking back at my own stories of adaptability, resilience, creativity, and curiosity (ARC+), I found a drink of water from my own story that inspires and empowers me to navigate new changes in the present."
"Sometimes what we really need… is a drink of water from our own story."
"Because when life knocks us down… when we feel discouraged or defeated… remembering the challenges we've already overcome can refresh us, restore our confidence, and help us stand tall again."
"It's why I am passionate about bringing my lived experience, professional experience, and training to partner and empower others to navigate significant change in their career and personal life."
A way to move through change with clarity
This work is grounded in four capacities — not steps to complete, but qualities you carry forward.
Not as a formula — as a way of being.
what this is
This is not about being told what to do next. And it's not about fixing something that's broken.
It's about understanding your own experience deeply enough to move forward with clarity — and in a way that remains true to you.
You don't need to have it fully figured out to begin. A conversation is a good place to start.
